Mod "Buy and Sell Slaves" version 30.04.19 for Imperator: Rome (v1.0.x)

This mod allows you to buy and sell slaves via the decisions menu. Currently slaves can be bought/sold in groups of 2, 5, and 10 from your capital city.

This is my first mod in Imperator and I used it as a way to practice for future projects. That being said if there are changes you would like to see made around sale size options, balancing prices, etc feel free to let me know and I will take a look into them.

Compatibility:
I tried to make this mod with compatibility in mind so it should work with any other mod that does not use the same naming convention as me in the files(I used BSS in all my file names). If there are any conflicts with major mods let me know and I will attempt to fix them.
