Map "Project Vietnam - Cu Chi" version 11.01.20 for Ravenfield (Build 18)

Although no battle took place in real-life Cu Chi during the Vietnam War (the actual battle being in the district of Ben Cat), I adapted Rising Storm 2's iteration of Cu Chi into Ravenfield! Note that everything's not 100% akin to the original Rising Storm 2 map.
