Skin "[WW2 Collection] 101st Airborne" for Ravenfield (Build 19)

I've been sitting on these guys for a couple months and keep forgetting to publish them - so, here they are, finally. The 101st Airborne - coming in the 501st and 506th, one with helmet netting and the rucksack, the other without.
