Mutator "Time Freeze" for Ravenfield (Build 20)

Press H to stop time

While time is stopped:

Press X to move vehicles and bots around (I will add projectiles later)
Press T to teleport
Press Y to make a Force Line (see gif 4)
Aiming is not available while frozen, so you can spam projectiles with your aim button (Might cause lag)
