Mod "Danger Ranger" version 15.04.21 for Ravenfield (Build 23)

I like this rocket launcher very much, but, you know how Valve deals with TF2 updates. So this thing is still not in-game after I move on from TF2, two years ago and I decided to port it to this game.
It has the property of Direct Hit: With a very small explosion radius, a faster projectile speed, along with a longer range.bAlso 9001 damage because suck it, PLA tank.
