Skin "Soviet Officer/Commissar Custom Skin" for Ravenfield (Build 18)

Hello comrades. This time I have decided to create a soviet officer from around WW2 or the Cold War era. The variations of the skin are:

-Red version with blue pants
-Blue version with blue pants
-Red version with olive pants
-Blue version with olive pants
