Skin "WW1/2 Skin Pack" for Ravenfield (Build 11)

dds 6 World War skins to Ravenfield. These are a British soldier, American soldier, a desert version of the American, a German soldier, another version of the German soldier, and a desert version. I plan to make more skins when I get less busy, and some other mods out of the way. All the skins included have been featured in previous maps:

• Bruckenkampf
• Desert Ridge
• The Trenches Anniversary Editon

Note: Currently the colors are broken. I'm assuming this is with how new the feature is, I'd expect the bug to be fixed soon.
